Compliance first
Approved wording, certified members, evidenced consent, and a full audit trail on every referral. We built the paperwork so you never have to think about it.
Transparent always
Published terms, itemised statements, and a ledger that reconciles to the penny. If you ever wonder where a payment came from, the answer is one click away.
Long-term by design
Recurring commission, network overrides, and relationships that compound. SmartPeer is built to pay its members for years, not months.
What your client experiences
Your client receives a short, secure form - no account, no password. They check their details, choose exactly which services they are happy to be referred for, and can correct anything or opt out entirely. Only after they confirm does anything reach an adviser.
You stay their trusted professional throughout - we never market to your clients.
Built for your profession
Whatever your clients call you, they ask you the same thing: who do I trust with this? Pick your profession to see how SmartPeer answers it - and what the introductions you already make are worth.

“Commission is the only money that moves. No joining fees, no software fees, no catches - if you do not earn, neither do we.”
The questions every professional asks first
Am I allowed to accept referral fees?
Yes. The ACCA and ICAEW codes of ethics both permit referral commissions, provided you disclose the arrangement to your client — and SmartPeer generates that disclosure letter automatically for every referral. See our Insights guide on referral fees for the detail.
What does SmartPeer cost?
Nothing. No joining fee, no subscription, no platform charge — for members or destination firms. SmartPeer keeps a share of the commission only when a referral completes and is paid. If you earn nothing, we earn nothing.
Who sees my clients?
Only the professional you refer them to — and only after your client consents online. Other members never see your client details, and network-level reporting uses anonymised references, never names. Your client relationships stay yours.
What do I actually have to do?
Spot the need — a client mentions a pension, a will, a sale — and send a referral from your portal in about a minute. Your client confirms their consent online, the vetted professional takes it from there, and you track progress and commission on your statement.
